Shipping Policy

The Pampered Introvert offers both digital products and physical items.

Digital Products
Digital downloads are delivered electronically and are available immediately after purchase. No physical item will be shipped for digital products.

Physical Products
Physical needlepoint canvases are carefully packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Orders are shipped via USPS within the United States.

Shipping times may vary based on location and postal service delays. Once an order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be provided when available.
