Sunday Brunch Quiche

Quiche

Brunch is good any day, but Sunday Brunch is special. A day of reflection and worship. A day of visiting family and friends.  I look forward to Sunday Brunch, especially with the weather becoming springlike. I found a recipe recently that I rate excellent. It is a recipe from Southern Living and it is not only healthy but delicious . It is a perfect for a springtime brunch. It has asparagus, spring onions and feta as its main ingredients.  With Easter Brunch coming, it certainly will be a great addition to your menu . And it is easy to make in thirty minutes.
