One of my favorite things about needlepoint is watching a design come to life, one stitch at a time.
This project is especially appealing because it uses just two colors: black and taupe.
The personalized canvas is digitally painted with stitch-painted details on 14-count needlepoint mesh.
For those newer to needlepoint, a simple tent stitch is a wonderful choice for the monogram, while basketweave works beautifully for the background.
Experienced stitchers can enjoy a relaxing project without complicated stitches or frequent thread changes.
